About to ICSCPM 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Smart Cities and Public Management will be held in Shenzhen, China. This conference closely follows the pulse of the times, focusing on the deep integration and innovative development of smart cities and public management, aiming to provide a high-end communication platform for global experts, scholars, government officials, and industry elites. The conference brings together top scholars and practitioners from around the world, who will explore in depth the role of smart cities in improving urban management efficiency, optimizing public services, promoting sustainable economic development, and the key role and path selection of public management in smart city construction through various forms such as keynote speeches, roundtable forums, and case sharing. In the current wave of digital transformation, smart cities have become an important way to promote modernization of urban governance and improve residents' quality of life. The conference will showcase the latest smart city technologies and application cases, such as intelligent transportation systems, smart security, smart environmental protection, etc., while exploring how these technologies can be combined with public management to achieve intelligent and refined urban governance. Record
All full paper submissions to the ICSCPM 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICSCPM 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI JOURNAL
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icscpm@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
